Terminal: Battle Creek - GTW | MC | DT&M

The Battle Creek railroad terminal included three railroads and was centered around the cereal foods industry which began in the early 1900's in Battle Creek. The terminal included the large Grand Trunk facility on the northeast section of town, the Hinman Yard on the Michigan Central east of town near Nichols crossing, as well as smaller facilities of the DT&M line and the MC branch line southwest to Sturgis and Goshen, Indiana.
