Location: PM Facilities in Lansing and Ensel, Yard
Ensel was a location in northwest Lansing on the Pere Marquette railroad. It became PM's major yard facility in the Lansing area with a yard office and telegraph office at the Martin Luther King Street crossing.

Time Line
1915. The Pere Marquette leases the Michigan Central freight warehouse standing just south of the PM warehouse on Shiawassee street, thereby doubling its warehouse capacity. Additional sidetracks were laid. The warehouse will be moved back from the tracks 13 feet which will provide additional house tracks with space for 24 cars. [LSJ-1917-0127]
