The REO car company was owned by Ransom E. Olds, after he sold his Oldsmobile company to General Motors. The REO plant was located on both sides of Washington Street, north of the Grand Trunk railroad on the south side of Lansing in Ingham County.

The Grand Trunk depot, which still exists today, was on the south side of the property (as shown in the postcard view), and almost appears to be a part of the REO plant.
The company produced cars and trucks, and busses on it's truck platforms.
The plant was services by the Grand Trunk railroad. Today, it is the location of a Lansing Board of Water and Light plant.
1905. Olds founded REO and constructs the plant. The plant operated into the 1950's. [Wiki]
