Location: Lansing, MI - Franklin Street (MC/PM/DUR)
Franklin Street was the crossing of the Detroit United Railways interurban line with the MC and the PM. In 1926 the name was changed to Grand River Avenue.

Time Line
1917. The railroad commission approves the plan for an interlocking plant at the crossing of the MC/PM and MUR on Franklin Street, in Lansing. Trains are given permission to stop and proceed, pending installation of the interlocker.[MCR-1917]
