Location: Sturgeon Mill, MI

Sturgeon Mill was located west of Loretto and Sturgeon (Junction) in Dickenson County. This spur led to a mill and mill pond on the north side of the right-of-way. This was at milepost 11.0 on the line from Powers at Section 13 of T39N-R29W.

Notes

It appears that these sidings were removed in 1918. The railroad had a car body office here which was removed in 1917.

Just west of here, the railroad appears to have a station protection signal for Vulcan, operated by electric wire. [CNWV-1917]
