Station: Winde, MI
Winde, formally called Beaver, was a station on the Chicago & Northwestern's ore line from Escanaba to Ishpeming. It was located in Delta County about 18 miles north of Escanaba. This was in Section 5 of Baldwin Township T41N-R22W.
This was also the junction with the C&NW's Subdivision #4 northeast to Ladoga in Alger County.
Notes
The railroad had a bay window depot here near the junction switch to Ladoga. The railroad also had a very short station passing track. The branch line to Ladoga had a short stub siding. [CNWV]
