Time Line
1909. Marshall, Mich. While Albert Towsley, a M.U.R. motorman was endeavoring to extricate his care from a snowdrift Monday, he stood upon a rail, forming a short circuit, and caused a strong current to shoot through his body. One of his eyes was so badly burned that it is feared he may lose the use of it, while his left hand was badly burned. [PHTH-1909-0203]
