Station: Ceresco, MI
Ceresco was founded in 1830 and became a station stop on the Michigan Central railroad when it came through here. The townsite was platted in 1838 and had a saw mill and a stone flour mill. [MPN] The DT&M also passed through here on its line between Battle Creek and Marshall.

1917. The MC had a dedicated freight agent here, who wasn't an operator. [TRT]
1920. On the Michigan Central, this is a passenger, freight and express agency joint with the American Railway Express Company. C. P. Johnson is the agent. [MCOAS]
