Location: St. Joseph River Bridge, Benton Harbor - (Interurban)

St. Joseph Interurban Bridge The Pere Marquette used this swing bridge which was originally built by an interurban line near Benton Harbor.  It was an old truss bridge on the interurban line between Benton Harbor and Buchanan.  It was later converted to a road bridge for US-31.

Notes

This bridge was reportedly built in 1909 and was razed in 1939. The last interurban train crossed it in 1934.
