Location: Ivanhoe Tower, IN
Ivanhoe was located on the Michigan Central main line between Porter, Indiana and Kensington, IL and was a crossing of the Elgin, Joliet & Eastern railway. There was an interlocking tower here which was open day and night in 1947. [ETT-1947] The location is within Gary, Indiana. According to [RAUS], this was a Michigan Central staffed tower.
