Location: Redford, MI - Seven Mile Road

Grand River and Seven Mile Grand River Avenue came through Redford Township, crossing Seven Mile road. This area would later be annexed into the City of Detroit. A Michigan State Police post was built on the southeast quadrant of this intersection, out of view in the adjacent photo.

Photo Info: This is a view of the Sevven Mile and Grand River Avenue intersection in 1929. Note the heavy automobile traffic on both roads, along with the double track interurban line built along Grand River Avenue.
