Station: Nankin, MI
Nankin, also known as Nankin Mills was settled about 1825. [MPN] The town, much of which later became the City of Westland, was served by the Pere Marquette railroad, and interurban railway lines.
Notes
In 1873, this was identified as being at Ann Arbor Trail and Newburgh road in the current City of Livonia. [AOM-1873] It was about 1 mile south of the Detroit, Lansing & Northern (PM) railroad.
