Location: MCRR Original Woodward Avenue Station
The original line of the state-owned Central Michigan railroad (later sold to the MCRR) terminated at a station at Campus Martius in downtown Detroit. This station was established in 1838 and served until the Michigan Central built their next station at the foot of Third Street on Detroit's waterfront in 1842.
