Industry: Manchester, MI - Toledo Portland Cement Company

In 1903, the Toledo Portland Cement Company began construction of a cement plant on the south part of the Village of Manchester, near the Jackson Branch of the Lake Shore & Michigan Southern railroad.

The plant was apparently never put into operation.
