Notes
Time Line
1905. Peter Young of Sylvan has commenced suite against the Michigan Central claiming $10,000 damages and it looks as if he has it in for the electric line also. He sets forth that the Detroit-Jackson electric car and a Michigan Central train were racing on May 4, 1903. He was crossing the railroad with his team and was struck by the locomotive and badly injured. [DFP-1905-0716]
