Notes

Time Line

1907. May. The work of erecting ten new houses at the Kimball location is progressing rapidly. The house intended for Captain Jayne is about half completed and three other frames are up ready for sheeting. The Kimball location is one of the prettiest sites in the vicinity of Crystal Falls. It is situated a little to the southeast of the mine on top of the high bluff and from it all the locations and the city are plainly visible. To the southwest the Dunn can be seen plainly and to the southeast as far as the eye can pierce, the Panola plains are in view. [DD-1907-0518]
