Railroad: Penndel Company
This was a holding company crfeated in the 1950's by the Pennsylvania Railroad to own lines in Michigan and other midwestern states. This railroad was operated as the Pennsylvania Railroad in Michigan. It was conveyed to the Penn Central corporation during the merger in 1968.

Sold: 1963 - line Missaukee Jct. to Lake City and Falmouth to Cadillac & Lake City.
Consolidated: 1869 - Battle Creek &O Strugis, Detroit, Toledo & Milwaukee, Lansing Manufacturers; and Lansing Transit.
Conveyed: 1978 - rail properties to Penn Central Transportation Company.
