Railroad: Kent, Barry, Eaton Connecting Railway Company
The Kent, Barry, Eaton Connecting railway was a short line created to operate the former Michigan Central Grand Rapids branch, from Grand Rapids to Hastings in 1979. The lines were owned by the State of Michigan and leased to K-B-E for operation. The contract was ended in 1983.
