Railroad: Hillsdale County Railway Company
The Hillsdale County railway was organized to contract with the states of Michigan and Indiana to operate former Conrail/Penn Central lines in Hillsdale and Indiana. The Little River railroad's steam tourist railroad also began operating on this line in 1979.

Operation: Begins in 1976, Hillsdale and Branch County.
Became: INE RR in 1993.
