The Blissfield Railroad was a short-lived railroad which purchased from the Toledo & Western the line from Fitch, Ohio and Wabash Subway (Adrian).

Acquired: 1935 from part of the Toledo & Western railroad in Blissfield

Became: Ohio & Morenci (part) in 1936, part to J. Schonthol Co.
