GR&I Shelbyville Depot and TrainInterurban Station and Train at Shelbyville

Shelbyville, in Allegan County, was settled in 1870 when the Grand Rapids & Indiana railroad came to town. It was originally called Shelby but changed due to a postal conflict. [MPN] The town was also served by an electric interurban railroad.
