Time Line
1933. The Oliver Mining Company announced that shipments will be made next week from the stockpiles of the Section 16 mine south of Ishpeming. Railroad tracks leading to the mine are being repaired and a steam shovel os being placed in readiness for the start of shipping operations. The first ore is expected to move to the LS&I dock at Presque Isle net week. [IDG-1933-0811]
