In 2019, Bill Clynes noted that power assigned to the operation is a SW1500 (#2464) and two Gen-Sets (#5602 and #35). There are four jobs assigned 24/7 and one relief job.

The Dow plant is fenced with security and it is difficult to observe these operations.
