Station: Cedar Run, MI

Cedar Run Depot Cedar Run was a small town on Grand Traverse County along the Manistee & Northeastern railroad just south of the Leelanau County boundary. It was apparently along Cedar Run Road in Long Lake Township. The town was known for its cedar forests.

Notes

It was originally called Ruthardt's Siding. The post office was originally in Grand Traverse County starting in 1868 but moved across the boundary to Benzie County in 1892. It was closed in 1934. [MPN]
