GTW Coal Yard at Lansing Board of Light Delta PPower Plant The City of Lansing Board of Water and Light operates the Otto E. Eckert Power Plant along the GTW and Grand River, west of Washington Avenue in the City of Lansing.

Notes

This plant was north of the river, between the river and the GTW tracks. The plant is served by the Grand Trunk Western, now CN.

The plant owned a Brownhoist locomotive crane, an Also S2 (ex-NKP switcher, and an EMD SW9 (former GTW). [CGJ/GTWHS-2021-Sum]

The plant has been converted to natural gas and no longer receives coal.
