Location: Nahma Junction, MI

Nahma Junction, in Delta County, was the crossing of the Nahma & Northern railway and the Soo Line main line between Gladstone and Manistique.

The Nahma line crossed here to reach the forests north of here. This was an interlockred crossing.

Time Line

1902. The railroad commission approves the crossing of a private line belonging to the Bay de Noquet Company with the tracks of the MSt.P&SSM about 1/2 mile west of the station at Sturgeon River, Delta, County. [MCR-1902]. This was likely to become Nahma Jct.

1917. The MStP&SSM had an agent here on the day shift. [TRT]
