Location: SB&NW/D&M Crossing, Pinconning, MI

Saginaw Bay & North Western Crossing was a crossing of the Detroit & Mackinac railway's main line and the SB&NW branch line which ran from Saginaw Bay west into the forests via Pinconning. In 1897, this was an interlocked grade crossing.

Time Line

1931. The MPUC allows the removal of the half interlocking plant at the MC spur track crossing the D&M main line with the swing gate remaining. The gate will be set for proceed to the D&M line. [MPUC-1931]

1927. This was an interlocked crossing, forty rods north of the D&M Pinconning station. [ETT-1927]
