Lakeland MI MapLakeland was a resort town on Zukey Lake in Livingston County for both the GTW and Ann Arbor railroads. Historian Mark Worrall noted that if you look at the Owosso Argus newspaper prior to the widespread use of the automobile, you will find many ads for excursions to Zukey Lake, some of which were specifically for Ann Arbor railroad employees.
