Location: Grand Rapids, MI - Leonard Street NW Crossing (PM/PRR/GRGH&M/GRRy]

Grand Rapids Leonard Street Crossing This was the crossing of the Pere Marquette, Pennsylvania, Grand Rapids Grand Haven & Muskegon, and the Grand Rapids Railway in northwest Grand Rapids. The crossing does not appear to be controlled by an interlocker, but there was a crossing watchman here who put down the gates for the highway and street car line.

Photo info: This is the crossing at Leonard Street, looking east. The Grand Rapids Street Railway is in the middle of Leonard Street. The crossing railroads are the GRGH&M, PM and GR&I. [Grand Rapids City Archives]
