Railroad: Glencoe, Pinconning and Lake Shore Railroad Company, The

The Glencoe, Pinconning and Lake Shore purchased operations from George Campbell & Co. in 1876. The line was sold to the Saginaw Bay & Northwestern in 1880. The line was 12.8 miles long, heading west from Lake Huron near Pinconning into the forests.

1882. May. H.J. Hareltoe, employed by the Glencoe & Pinconning railroad, has recently been found to be $1,200 behind in his accounts. He has disappeared. [LCS-1882-0518]
