Agate Falls Railroad BridgeLocation: Ontonagon River (DSSA) Bridge, Trout Creek, MI (Agate Falls)

This fixed span bridge was used by the Duluth, South Shore & Atlantic Ry. over the Ontonagon River and Agate Falls in Ontonagon County. Trains reportedly stopped on this bridge to give riders a spectacular view of the falls, which are among the most scenic in Michigan.  The railroad is gone but the bridge is still used by hikers/snowmobilers to cross the river and view the falls.
